I was frustrated at the spew of anti-gun garbage coming from the network media outlets. As I often did at the time, I sat down and vented my frustration into a word processor. I thought I'd knock the dust off of it and share it here. Preaching to the choir I know, but hopefully it will reach someone that needs to see it.

http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?276 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?276 Sun, 05 Sep 2010 14:21:00 -0700 ATTN: Mobile style users! I have added a new mobile style titled "Mobile 2" and it is active.

I have also installed software to recognize mobile devices and auto-load the Mobile 2 style. You no longer have to manually switch to the mobile style each time you visit. There is a PC Mode link at the top if you would rather use the regular style.

Mobile 2 is an improvement from our first mobile style. Try it out and give us a report back.

<a href="http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/attachment.php?s=fcee281d5ce7ada0b7fabc636c92931d& amp;attachmentid=1507" http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?275 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?275 Sun, 29 Aug 2010 10:57:00 -0700 ASD Shooting Partners
ASD Shooting Partners

Attachment 1500

ASD Shooting Partners is a page devoted to members willing to meet and enjoy a day at the range with other members. I carry lots of cash in unsavory areas. I also carry a gun. I have had several instances where I have presented my gun, either in preparation to fire or occasionally to dissuade a would be attacker.

This is an old story. It happened two or so years ago. I had intended to share it a long time ago but it slipped my mind. Now if I can just remember the details....
http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?272 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?272 Sat, 07 Aug 2010 13:46:00 -0700 Member permission to create articles Attachment 1399I'm looking to add a special usergroup with permission to create articles to the online magazine. These permissions would allow you to create and publish your own articles directly on the front page and have other permissions that give you more control and access. This is an effort to increase content and allow those members that show an above average interest and participation to have privileges like direct website control. The are functions and buttons unseen to average members and they will be unlocked for you. If you are interested in becoming a part of this group, please let me know. Think of it like having a master key. <br http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?271 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?271 Sun, 01 Aug 2010 06:58:00 -0700 The Brady spin machine http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?270 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?270 Sun, 01 Aug 2010 06:29:00 -0700 Heat seeking bullets? All too often, someone in the gun control crowd tries to make a statement and give a compelling argument in the ban of this or that. The following video is of a group giving a press conference about banning .50 caliber rifles and ammunition from civilians with the common rhetoric of only the police and military should have them. A South Carolina farmer returning from the market, hears a noise upstairs and grabs his handgun. He soon finds an intruder and holds him at gunpoint. The young thief begins to cry and hyperventilate. Deputies soon found 100 one dollar bills in his pocket... money the farmer made from selling crops at the market.

http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?266 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?266 Thu, 03 Jun 2010 15:08:00 -0700 Versipack Fatboy by Maxpedition Attachment 1260When my wife obtained her CCW permit, I was adamant about her not carrying in a purse. No stability for the gun, things could get inside the trigger guard, barrel, action. Having to fumble around to get a good grip as the gun could be in any position inside. No idea exactly where the spare mag was...the list goes on, but the most important factor...a purse is easy to snatch and grab for a thief.

My wife does not wear clothes that would allow her to have a thick carry belt and rarely wears something that could be a concealment garment, so what to do?

Enter the http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?265 http://americansheepdog.com/Forum/content.php?265
