I encountered this problem, while posting to the forum, just now...

You'll notice the form indicates that I can add up to 5 tags, but when I added only 3 tags, I received an error message that said I had added 1 more tag than I was allowed.

Confirmed bug... Listed as being fixed in the next upgrade, hopefully before the weekend.

I have currently disabled Tagging until then.

Upgraded... Tagging issue solved. Turned tags back on. Still not quite there with reply bug. Half of it is not all of it. :(
