I am looking for ideas for inexpensive, easily transportable, reactive targets. I have some different ones I have made but have had mixed results. I'll detail them later. What have you guys and gals found that works for you?

A plate that falls, spins or stands back up.

I saw these at cheaper than dirt the other day. Seemed like a good idea, I intend to give them a shot...

I'm thinking more along the lines of defensive targets. Something that only falls if a center-line hit occurs. There are lots of great products on the market but most are cost prohibitive for me.

From my experience scanning the internet, any steel target system is expensive. Even if you buy the steel and engineer your own targets, it is still costly; the reason I do not have any steel "reactive" targets to date.

Sorry my friend. The only reactives I've got are the steel ones that spin around, and off the shelf at Bass Pro.

Very interested in hearing about yours or anyone else's. There is some great stuff out there, but it is out of my budget.

I know you're joking, and the orange ball is a good target, just not what I am looking for.
