Default Notice any changes in supply?

Has anyone started to notice any changes in what was normal supply of ammo or reloading supplies?

    Wink

Haven't noticed any drastic changes at all. Of course if things go well for O'Bummer in November, I expect there will be a run on the usual suspects, .380, 9mm, etc.

Default Ammo is hard to find in Austin, TX

9mm ammo is very difficult to find here in Austin, TX. I finally located some 3 - 50 round boxes of 9mm FMJ's at a nearby Walmart.

Some ammo can be found but most military caliber ammo remains a problem here in Austin, Texas.

Ammo seems to be getting easier to get online but the local stores and Walmart still have very little if any for sale. I have and will be keeping a close eye on sales and availability because I think that the least little political BS will cause all ammo to dry up again. I have plenty of ammo but if I see another shortage coming I will be buying more.

I was able to get a couple 100rd boxes of Winchester white box recently in a small Tn town at Walmart, here in Chattanooga its hit and miss at Wally world but Academy usually has a good supply in stock. I also noticed AR's returning to stock and at a lower price.

The supply here on the Texas border is very slightly improved but still very limited. In travels last week in southwest Arkansas, a Wally World had more ammo than I have seen in a single store in about a year... 5 to 10K rounds each of almost every caliber you can imagine, including 22LR, 9mm and .223/5.56. I was dumbfounded! Ironically, there were no lines to buy and there was still a three box limit. Rifled slugs and 00 buck was stacked in cases 5 high on the floor but that is the locally favored deer cartridge so that might make sense. The local WalMart has several AR's in stock now.
If Obama is the answer, the question must have been really stupid!
