My wife and I just finished MAG-80 with Massad Ayoob in Live Oak FL. Unlike MAG-40 where 70% of the time is classroom, this class was reversed with 70/80% of the time on the range. This is an awesome continuation of the MAG-40 class...much more shooting to include long distance (25 yds) from a laying position, an ton of long gun (both rifle and shotgun) work, and a ton of techniques on gun retention and disarm, and shooting from various grounded positions. You must take MAG-40 before you can take this class...but if you have never trained with Massad Ayoob, you are missing a great oportunity...you will never regret spending the cash for his training!

He's a great combination of skill, experience and common sense. I can understand how anything he teaches would be excellent. I like the blog he does for Backwoods Home magazine.

Congrats to you and the Mrs on a job well done.

Way back in the day Mas was a fast-excellent shot, fierce competitor, and one of the best defensive revolver shooters in the country. Even today, I've no doubt he can give most a serious run for the money.
