    Default Connecticut

    My heart and prayers go out to the family members of those suffering.

    We need to get back in touch with those that think killing the innocent and helpless are going to solve their problems or gain them any fame.
    To be vigilant, prepared and capable is more than a motto;
    it is a duty to those we love and care for.

    but because of those who look on and do nothing."....

    True that.

    I have no other comment yet. I want to see how this whole thing shakes out.

    Cool

    There will always be those who prey upon the defenseless. Thousands of years of man's existence has taught us this. I'm all for "talking" and "reaching out" right up until the physical violence begins. At that point my experience has taught me that the only way to defeat deadly physical violence is with greater violence returned quickly and efficiently. That's right, I said "violence". Deadly force fighting is a violent affair.

    Once again we are reminded that "Gun-Free" zones are the most unsafe for the innocent. If just one law-abiding, legally armed person had been present the "count" would've been nowhere near 26. Emergency lockdown procedures are great, but do nothing to physically stop the madman shooter.

    The lame-stream media will ask "why" and scream for stricter gun laws. Personally I don't care "why". I possess not one sympathetic bone in my body for those criminal cowards who prey upon the helpless.

    Wanna guess what would've happened to this guy had he shown up to do harm at a public school in Israel?

    It's always interesting to observe what the Party of tollerence and diversity have to say on different important subjects of the day.

    (Rosemary, you might want to nuke this. Our highly educated citizens on the Hard Left can't express a thought without adult language being included.)
