    Default A 51st State?

I know budgets are tight at home and in city, county, state and federal arenas but how much would it cost to replace our 50 star flag with one that has 51 stars on it? The State of Colorado needs to be the States of Colorado; East Colorado and West Colorado. That way those right-minded people on the west side of the Divide would not be subjected to the whims of the oxygen deprived loonies that hang out in the eastern half of that state. A majority of those people are buried in an avalanche and don't even know it. Their thinking on immigration... if we have to send fingerprints to ICE then we just won't take fingerprints. Incredible! "... the federal program might affect community trust in the (police) department because illegal aliens might be hesitant to call police for fear of being reported to the feds." Also, they don't want to break up families of illegals by deporting some members of the family while the others remain in Colorado. Give me a flippin' break! Deport the whole lot of them if they know that their relatives are here illegally. That's called conspiracy!

The Boulder, Colorado city manager is one of the idiots that forbid city employee to travel to Arizona because of Arizona's immigration laws.

And then there is gun control! "What we can't do administratively, we can ask Congress to do legislatively," says Boulder's policy advisor referring to those horrible "loopholes" that allow U. S. citizens to own guns. And it goes on and on.

If you look at the post-November 2nd map, you see eastern Colorado as a blue stain in a sea of patriotic red. Sickening, yes! Shocking, no! The eastern slopes have long been a sponge for the pseudo-green set starting with John Denver who, during the fuel shortages, buried huge diesel tanks for his private motor home in his estate outside of Boulder so that he would not have to be subjected to the same problems that the ordinary people suffered. It has become the Mecca for the east and west coast blue fringe that shutters the freedom and pride in these United States of America.

With apologies to those honorable citizens on the western slope, I'm done!

If Obama is the answer, the question must have been really stupid!
